Impromptu "Date" Night!

Wow! Where has this week gone?! Weeks just seem to fly by these days. I guess time flies when you're having fun...or just super busy.

We did get to have a little fun this week! Trent had a dentist appointment on Tuesday so he was home early and we had an impromptu "date" night (the quotes are because we were with baby, we have yet to go to dinner alone since Madeline was born)! We don't get to go out to dinner too often these days since Trent's been working so much.We went to Longhorn and had a great dinner and when we got home it was time for Madeline's bath and bedtime routine. It was nice to have Trent home early enough to help out!

Well, I didn't wake up early to walk on the treadmill the first time this week, BUT I did organize a walking club at work which started Wednesday (much more fun than the treadmill by myself)! Several girls from work and I went to a nearby park and walked during lunch Wednesday and Friday. I hope it sticks and we continue to do this several times a week.

Madeline and I didn't go to the park today like we usually do on Saturday because it's rainy. So, instead of a picture from today, here's a picture of Madeline at the park that makes me laugh. I just showed Madeline the picture and she cracked up laughing so apparently she thinks it's funny too! :)
